Practicing witchcraft (Wicca)?
So I read this book about wiccans and I wan’t to follow the path of the Wiccans. The only thing is….I don’t have candles for my altar??? Do I really need candles? also when you make spells it says to use candles. But my mom wouldn’t let me use candles cuz I’m too young and she thinks I’m gunna burn the whole house down. Anywayz, just wondering if you need candles to do rituals or spells. Thanx
I think you need to read a bit more before you practice anything.
Wicca is a religion, a nature based religion. It has nothing to do with spells, or candles. If you want to practice wicca, go outside, sit under a tree and talk to the gods.
Also, the gods would tell you to listen to your mother. Going against your mother is not honourable to the gods.
