Two big events for y’all today – first, the AF Academy is dedicating a stone circle for Wiccans to worship at, and second, in what may be the first attempt to blame Wicca, in Everett, WA, a dirtbag killed his girlfriend, claiming she had “broken a Wiccan blood oath”. (Yah, right…had NOTHING to do with his being a psycho…)
I think the AF thing is being blown out of proportion. Its a nice gesture, but not required. And certainly we don’t require a stone circle. But it was a nice gesture.
As for the second…dirtbags are constantly coming up with new bizarre excuses for their behavior. I doubt its going to be major news or seriously color people’s opinion of us. Anyone with half an open mind can see this genius is just looking for an excuse.
